Van the sniper guy do not underestimate the size of a human head. it is alot bigger then some think. but otherwise i can see you are on right tracks.
and i hope that you will start do more coloring in you art works. and not get to attach for black and white.
Also one last thing, a human face has alot more colors then the one you did in the uper corner.
it works OK if you just going to make an fast illustration.
